Bathroom where sink used to be.
Oh where to begin! What a nightmare! The double vanity was along the back wall where what remains of the plumbing can be seen. There was no cabinet, the sinks were propped up with a piece of wood. Neither sink worked. Both drain pipes were busted. The entire floor in this area was rotten.
If you follow the water lines to the left where they penetrate the wall, that is where the water heater was. There was no floor under the water heater. Instead, it was balanced on two 2x4’s that spanned the metal outriggers. I don’t think I have a picture of it, but trust me, it was a real work of art.

Duct tape electrical repair
In the top left corner, you can see a light fixture. Believe it or not, the stem was broken and the fixture was being held in place with more duct tape
Bathroom tub & shower
There was no tub spout and the water would not turn off until I had the water company come out and turn the service off. This tub is a gonner.
Bathroom Door
Finally, the bathroom door, smashed to bits by a teenage boy with anger management issues.
