Note From Paul.  Be careful when you start doing the demolition part of the project.  You simply would not believe how easy it is to get carried away and convert a reasonable project into one to big to ever finish.    A couple of guys who get into the spirit of things can make enough work in a couple of hours to last for weeks.

People should also be aware of just how much debris is created from a complete demo. The pic attached is only the beginning. There is now a pile 20 times that size in the driveway. It will all be hauled to the dump in a few weeks.
